The system consists of various effect heating evaporators, various effect separators, condensers, thermal pressure pumps, sterilizers, insulated pipes, vacuum systems, various effect feed liquid pumps, condensate drainage pumps, operation platforms, electrical control cabinets, valves, pipes, and other components.

Product Features:

  1. The entire heating system is characterized by uniform steam heating, and the feed liquid flows in a film-like manner during evaporation, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time. When equipped with a thermal pressure pump, the system offers additional benefits such as reduced steam consumption and low cooling water circulation.

  2. The material flows downwards along the inner walls of the pipes under accelerated pressure, making it suitable for evaporating and concentrating viscous liquids.

  3. Due to the film-like evaporation of the material inside each pipe, the heating time for the feed liquid is very short, making it particularly advantageous for the evaporation and concentration of food products, preserving the nutritional components of the food.

  4. The evaporation process takes place under vacuum, ensuring both hygiene and environmental protection requirements, while significantly lowering the evaporation temperature. Additionally, when a thermal pressure pump is used, part of the secondary steam is reabsorbed and mixed with the live steam. This results in steam rapidly diffusing into the heating shell, gently heating the feed liquid, making it suitable for the concentration of heat-sensitive materials.

  5. The system is suitable for evaporating and concentrating foaming materials. Due to the film-like evaporation inside the heating tubes, a gas-liquid separation is formed. Most of the feed liquid is drawn off at the bottom of each effect, with only a small portion entering the separator for further enhanced separation, minimizing the formation of foam.

  6. For food evaporation and concentration, the system can also feature sterilization. The material is preheated before entering the sterilizer, where it reaches temperatures above 94°C for around 24 seconds before entering the first effect body, where it undergoes rapid flash evaporation, causing a quick temperature drop.

  7. The system can be equipped with a CIP cleaning system for on-site cleaning, making the entire equipment easy to operate and free of dead corners.

  8. The equipment supports continuous feed and discharge.

  9. The system can be configured with an automation system that allows automatic control of feed volume, heating temperature, discharge concentration, cleaning, and protection measures for sensitive materials in case of power failure or malfunctions. Additional safety, alarm, and automated operation and control functions are available.
